Pest Control Technician

Job Summary
Conduct pest remediation and prevention solutions for commercial or residential structures by recommending estimates for one-time treatments and continual maintenance. Complete all scheduled customer appointments on time while serving as the subject matter expert to implement the most efficient pest solution for each customer's individual needs. Maintain professional appearance and equipment in working order, including vehicle, uniform, application equipment, PPE, paperwork, and literature. Use all safety equipment as instructed and devote full attention to duties directed by your supervisor. Maintain a valid driver's license with a good driving record and pass a background check and drug screen.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong Communication skills effectively through verbal, written and in person
- Strong customer service and in-person presentation skills
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs and be able to kneel and bend as necessary for a job
- Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping
- Self-motivated and results driven
- Valid Driver's license with a good driving record
- Pass a background check and drug screen
- Monday-Friday (Saturdays Required)
Desired Qualifications
- Pest Control experience or Pest Control License (Preferred but no required)
