Job Summary
Lead Pest Control Technician responsible for leading a field team to deliver high-quality pest and mosquito control services, training new team members, conducting property inspections, applying treatments with backpack sprayers and other equipment, communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction, and supporting scheduling, route planning, and inventory management while upholding safety and company values. The role emphasizes leadership, outdoor work, and the development of licensing and career advancement opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience (home services, retail, restaurant, or field team)
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Eye for detail and commitment to safety
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Willingness to obtain pest control licensing (training provided)
- Experience in pest control, landscaping, construction, or maintenance (preferred)
- Customer service or delivery driving experience (Uber, DoorDash, Amazon, etc.)
- A passion for leading others and taking ownership of results
