Job Summary
Provide safe and effective pest control treatments at residential and commercial properties; apply products in accordance with company standards and state regulations; inspect properties to identify pest activity and recommend solutions; operate company equipment safely and maintain cleanliness of tools and vehicles; deliver exceptional customer service by answering basic questions and educating clients on pest prevention; maintain accurate service records and adhere to schedules; follow all safety policies, procedures, and environmental guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Prior pest control experience or state licensing is a plus (but not required—we will train)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
