Job Summary
Recommend estimates for one-time treatments and continual maintenance to new and existing customers while completing all scheduled appointments on time. Serve as the subject matter expert by implementing the most efficient pest solution for each customer's individual needs. Use all safety equipment as instructed and maintain professional appearance and equipment in working order, including vehicle, uniform, and application gear. Devote full attention and time to duties as directed by your supervisor. This role requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and ability to lift 50 lbs. Schedule is Monday-Friday with some Saturdays required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong Communication skills effectively through verbal, written and in person
- Strong customer service and in-person presentation skills
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs and be able to kneel and bend as necessary for a job
- Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping
- Self-motivated and results driven
- Valid Driver's license with a good driving record
- Pass a background check and drug screen
- Monday-Friday (Some Saturdays Required)
Desired Qualifications
- Pest Control experience or Pest Control License (Preferred but not required)
