Job Summary
Provide pest remediation and prevention solutions to commercial or residential structures by recommending estimates for one-time treatments and continual maintenance. Complete all scheduled customer appointments on time while serving as the subject matter expert to implement the most efficient pest solution for each customer's individual needs. Maintain professional appearance and equipment in working order, including vehicle, uniform, application equipment, and PPE, while using all safety equipment as instructed. Devote full attention and time during working hours to duties directed by the supervisor. Schedule is Monday through Friday in New London, Iowa. Full-time employment requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong Communication skills effectively through verbal, written and in person
- Strong customer service and in-person presentation skills
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs and be able to kneel and bend as necessary for a job
- Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping
- Self-motivated and results driven
- Valid Driver's license with a good driving record
- Pass a background check and drug screen
- Complete a short PestCo Assessment
Desired Qualifications
- Pest Control experience or Pest Control License (Preferred but not required)
