Job Summary
Pest Control Technician Trainee participates in a 5-week paid training program to learn pest detection, elimination, and prevention techniques, establishes relationships with commercial customers (hospitality and foodservice), documents pest issues with handheld equipment, maintains product/service expertise, and obtains required pest control licensing/certification; role includes night shift in San Francisco, CA with potential travel for training, heavy lifting, safety protocols, and opportunities to grow into service, sales, or management within a data-driven, safety-focused environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of work or military experience
- Current and valid Driver’s License with no restrictions
- Availability to work overnight shifts and be on call during off-hours and weekends as needed
- 18 years of age or older
- Must obtain pest certification and/or business licensing pursuant to state/local law
- Background check
- Drug test including THC for all candidates who receive a job offer
