Job Summary
Pest Control Technician Trainee in Fort Worth, TX, participating in a 5-week paid training program to learn pest detection, elimination, and prevention techniques for commercial clients, including hospitality and foodservice. You will establish relationships with customers, maintain knowledge of Ecolab’s pest-control offerings, document issues with handheld equipment, and obtain required pest-control licensing/certification. The role includes a night shift (9pm–5am, Sunday-Thursday with weekend rotation), potential travel for training, and a path toward service, sales, or management within a field-based context.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of work or military experience
- Current and valid Driver's License with no restrictions
- Availability to work overnight shifts and be on call during off-hours and weekends as needed
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Position requires obtaining pest certification and/or business licensing pursuant to state/local law
- Ecolab conducts a background check on all candidates who receive a job offer
- Drug test including THC for all candidates who receive a job offer
- Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role
