Pest Control Technician

Pest Control Technician Trainee in Austin, TX, supports commercial customers by delivering science-based pest elimination solutions and participating in a 5-week paid training program to learn detection, elimination, and prevention techniques. You’ll establish relationships with customers in hospitality and foodservice, maintain knowledge of Ecolab’s product and service offerings to enhance service and sales, use handheld equipment to document pest issues, and work under supervision to deliver high-quality service. The role requires obtaining pest certification/licensing as mandated by law, a valid driver’s license, availability for overnight shifts and on-call duties, passing background checks and drug testing, and, eventually, earning licensing/certification. Training occurs in Austin with a one-week training in Eagan, MN, and the position emphasizes field-based work, safety with respirators, and driving a company vehicle.
