Job Summary
Pest Control Technician Trainee in Greenville, NC with Ecolab. Participate in a 5-week paid training program to learn pest detection, elimination, and prevention techniques, establish relationships with commercial customers (hospitality, foodservice), maintain knowledge of Ecolab’s products/services, document issues with handheld equipment, and obtain pest licensing/certification as required. Night shift (Sun–Thu, 9pm–5am) with training travel to Eagan, MN for 1 week; base compensation includes training pay and potential overtime; total annual compensation range $46,300–$69,300. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, ability to work overnight/on-call, and pest certification/licensing per state/local law; background check and drug testing comply with customer requirements. Required Qualifications

- Two years of work or military experience
- Ability to pass background check and drug test
