Job Summary
As a Pest Control Technician Trainee at Ecolab, you’ll enter a 5-week paid training program to learn pest detection, elimination, and prevention for commercial customers. You’ll establish relationships with customers in hospitality and foodservice, document issues with handheld equipment, stay current on Ecolab’s product/service offerings, and work under supervision to deliver high-quality service. The role includes pursuing state/local pest licensing/certification, potential field-based customer work across multiple territories, and growth opportunities in service, sales, or management after training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of work or military experience
- Current and valid Driver’s License with no restrictions
- Ability to obtain pest certification and/or business licensing
- Ability to pass background check and drug test
- Willingness to work overnight shifts and be on call on weekends
- Immigration sponsorship not available
