Job Summary
Conduct daily residential and commercial pest control service routes using an Integrated Pest Management approach. Enter attics, crawl spaces, and other residence areas to assess problems, identify insects, locate harborage areas, and describe personalized solutions to customers. Collect service payments, answer customer questions with a helpful demeanor, and maintain proper operating condition of equipment and vehicle. Work full-time hours with no prior experience required, as comprehensive training is provided.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency required licensing/certification exams
- Ability to work at least 40 hours per week
- Must be able to enter attics, crawl spaces, and other parts of residences
- Must be able to properly identify insects, pest harborage areas, and conducive conditions
- Must be able to devise and describe a personalized solution
- Must be able to collect service payments from customers
- Must be able to answer questions
- Must be able to keep equipment and vehicle in proper operating condition
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screens
- Must be able to pass background checks
