Job Summary
Deliver expert pest control services by greeting customers professionally, preparing customized treatments based on their unique needs, and documenting services while offering tailored long-term protection recommendations. Manage service routes efficiently, maintaining focus and energy throughout the day while building trusting relationships with homeowners and businesses. Visit customers to analyze pest activity, explain findings, and apply products safely following established protocols. This seasonal, entry-level role offers a paid training pathway with clear promotion milestones, competitive hourly pay plus commissions, and company-provided gear including a vehicle and gas card.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A positive, people-first attitude
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, work outdoors doing manual labor and following service routes
- Passion for building relationships and providing outstanding customer service
- A desire to learn how to analyze pest activity, explain it to customers, and take action
- Willingness to follow servicing protocols and apply products safely
- Must be 21 or older
- Have a valid driver's license
- Be authorized to work in the US
