Job Summary
Deliver expert pest control services by greeting customers professionally, preparing customized treatments based on their unique needs, and documenting services while offering tailored long-term protection recommendations. Maintain focus and energy throughout your day while visiting clients to build trusting relationships and ensure homes and businesses remain pest-free. This seasonal entry-level role includes a base pay of $14 to $16 hourly plus commissions, with all-inclusive gear such as a company vehicle and gas card. You must be 21 or older, hold a valid driver's license, and be authorized to work in the US. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A positive, people-first attitude
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, work outdoors doing manual labor and following service routes
- Passion for building relationships and providing outstanding customer service
- A desire to learn how to analyze pest activity, explain it to customers, and take action
- Willingness to follow servicing protocols and apply products safely
- Must be 21 or older
- Valid driver's license
- Authorized to work in the US
