Job Summary
Deliver expert pest control services by greeting customers professionally and preparing customized treatments based on their unique needs. Document all services provided and offer tailored recommendations for long-term protection while maintaining focus between service stops. Build trusting relationships with clients across 30 locations as part of our Technician Pathway Program designed for career growth. This seasonal entry-level role offers a base pay of $16 to $17 hourly plus commissions, with top earners reaching $60,000+ annually. You will receive all-inclusive gear including a company vehicle, gas card, and tablet. Candidates must be 21 or older with a valid driver's license and authorization to work in the US.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A positive, people-first attitude
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, work outdoors doing manual labor and following service routes
- Passion for building relationships and providing outstanding customer service
- A desire to learn how to analyze pest activity, explain it to customers, and take action
- Willingness to follow servicing protocols and apply products safely
- Must be 21 or older
- Valid driver's license
- Authorized to work in the US
