Job Summary
Pest Control Technician Trainee in Colorado Springs, CO, to participate in a 5-week paid training program learning pest detection, elimination, and prevention; establish relationships with commercial customers (hospitality/foodservice); document issues with handheld equipment; maintain product/service knowledge to enhance service and sales; and obtain required pest control licensing. The role involves working Monday–Friday (4am–Noon) with weekend rotation, traveling for training in MN, driving a company vehicle, and performing duties under close supervision in a field-based environment. Immigration sponsorship is not available; background checks and drug testing apply. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, two years of prior work or military experience, and a valid driver’s license; 18+ and ability to obtain pest certifications/licensing as required by law.
