Job Summary
Solve pest problems, determine prevention solutions, and advise clients on maintaining pest-free conditions across residential and commercial routes. Follow instructions while working alone, using IT technology and demonstrating strong interpersonal communication skills. Perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, kneeling, walking, and carrying up to 50 lbs. Obtain an applicator's license and certification through paid training. No prior pest control experience required. Starting salary $35-65K annually with health, dental, life insurance, 401k, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- excellent (English and/or Spanish) verbal and written skills
- the ability to obtain an applicator's license and certification
- good interpersonal skills to communicate in an effective and friendly manner with clients
- capable of bending, stooping, kneeling, walking, and able to carry up to 50 lbs
