Job Summary
Conduct thorough property inspections to assess insect, rodent, and pest harborage conditions across offices, hotels, restaurants, and mixed-use facilities. Apply expertise to treat and prevent infestations while maintaining bait boxes, traps, and monitor boards. Devise and describe personalized solutions to customers with a calm, helpful demeanor. Maintain equipment and vehicle in proper operating condition. Work flexible hours, including outside normal working times, to service unique accounts. Pass state regulatory licensing exams and internal technical assessments.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency required licensing/certification exams
- Able to pass internal technical exams
- Possess current Driver's License
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Present a professional appearance including wearing an approved Arrow uniform
- Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) work week
- Willing to work a flexible schedule depending on customer's service requirement
