Job Summary
As a Pest Control Technician, you will start your route each day and service residential or commercial customers using an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) approach. You will enter attics, crawl spaces, and other parts of residences to identify insects and conducive conditions, devise and describe personalized solutions, and communicate with customers. You will collect service payments from customers and maintain your equipment and vehicle in proper operating condition. The role emphasizes professionalism, customer relationships, and delivering effective pest control solutions as part of a production-based, full-time position with company-provided benefits and a family-oriented culture.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams
- Ability to work at least 40 hours per week
