Job Summary
Run daily routes resolving customer pest concerns and issues while maintaining truck and equipment in proper working order. Mix, apply, and work with pesticides following state and federal laws, serving as the subject matter expert to implement efficient solutions for each customer's individual needs. Keep accurate records of treatments and maintain proper inventory of pesticides in usage. Advise customers of potential problems and keep management informed of any issues encountered on service routes. Carry a product backpack weighing approximately 50 lbs and work every other Saturday.
Required Qualifications
- A US driver's license that has been valid for a minimum of 3 years
- A clean driving record (no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than 2 moving violations in the past 4 years)
- Ability to carry a product backpack that weighs approximately 50 lbs
- Availability for every other Saturday
- Ability to work outside in your local area
- Ability to make overtime
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to excel working at an individual level
- Ability to resolve customer pest concerns and issues
- Ability to maintain truck and equipment in proper working order
- Ability to keep accurate records of treatments provided
