Job Summary
Service clients in North Conway, NH and surrounding areas by driving a company vehicle along pre-scheduled routes to perform interior and exterior inspections for pests including ants, rodents, and termites. Assess infestation extent, customize treatment plans, and safely administer measures such as perimeter spraying, baiting, and trapping. Build long-term relationships by educating clients on chemical and natural remediation options and recommending digital preventative solutions. Complete paid training and state licensing exams before working independently, then maintain conduct and attendance standards during the 90-day introductory period.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Minimum age requirement of 21 years
- Minimum of 3 years' driving experience for insurance coverage purposes
- Consent to drive company-owned vehicle equipped with front, internal, and rear dash cams
- Continuous recording of dash cam operation during operating hours
- Proof of vaccination to service certain client accounts
- Pass all required state licensing exams to meet minimum qualifications by the completion of paid training
- Meeting minimum conduct and attendance standards during 90-day Introductory Period
- Clear 7-year background screen
- Clear 3-year Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
- 4-panel drug screen (opioids, cocaine, PCP, and amphetamines)
