Job Summary
Perform pest management services for residential customers by conducting thorough inspections, identifying signs of pest infestations, applying treatments such as pesticides, baits, and traps, and providing preventative measures while adhering to safety regulations; educate customers on pest prevention and solutions. Build relationships with customers, schedule and confirm appointments, assist with sales to current customers, and expand product offerings to new customers. Operate company-provided service vehicle, maintain equipment, and comply with local, state, and federal regulations. Must be able to work in tight spaces (basements, attics, crawl spaces), outdoors/indoors in various climates, wear PPE (OSHA-compliant respirator), and complete pre-employment background checks; high school diploma or GED required; valid driver’s license required; willingness to work Monday–Friday and weekends as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Possess a state valid driver’s license and undergo motor vehicle driving record check (Company vehicle and gas card provided)
- Licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and/or local regulations (covered by us)
