Job Summary
Conduct thorough inspections of residential properties to identify pest infestations, entry points, and damage. Apply approved pest control products, including chemicals, baits, and traps, while adhering to safety standards and regulations. Educate customers on prevention methods and maintain company equipment and service vehicles. Work in tight, confined spaces and climb ladders or scaffolding while wearing personal protective equipment. Schedule appointments, communicate with clients, and expand product sales. Available Monday through Friday and weekends as needed. Requires a valid driver's license, high school diploma or GED, and clean-shaven face.
Required Qualifications

- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license from state of residence
- Available to work Monday-Friday and weekends as needed
- Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work both inside and outside in local climate
- Ability to work in tight, confined spaces such as basements, attics, crawl spaces, narrow aisles, or passageways
- Ability to work around animals, insects and termites
- Ability to work around mechanical parts, vehicles, electrical current, heights and scaffolding
- Ability to work around fumes, dust, and chemicals
- Ability to regularly sit, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling
- Ability to climb up and down stairs, ladders, scaffolding, ramps, and poles
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE), like an OSHA-compliant respirator
- Adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding pest control products and safety protocols
- Ability to safely operate a company provided service vehicle
