Job Summary
Pest Control Technician responsible for inspecting properties to identify pest issues and applying treatments to eliminate and prevent infestations. Duties include performing inspections, treating crawl spaces, attics, basements, and exteriors, communicating treatment plans to customers, operating pest control equipment, completing service reports, and adhering to safety protocols with PPE. Requires physical endurance (lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, kneeling, bending) and a valid driver's license; state pest control certifications may be pursued. This role involves training provided and benefits such as health/dental/vision insurance, paid training, PTO, and a company vehicle.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver�s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to obtain and maintain state pest control certifications
- Previous pest control experience preferred but not required (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
