Job Summary
Conduct pest control services on predefined routes by inspecting properties for infestations, entry points, and structural issues. Treat pests using spray equipment, traps, and tools while wearing protective gear and navigating crawl spaces or smaller areas. Prepare English-language service reports, read product safety information, and teach clients sanitation practices to maintain pest-free environments. Partner with the quality team for backup on complex problems. Work independently in all weather conditions, handling lifts up to 50 lbs. Requires a valid driver's license, high school education, and ability to work around harsh chemicals. Monday through Friday schedule with company vehicle provided.
Required Qualifications
- High school education
- At least 21 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Successfully meet pre-employment background screen and drug test
- Available to work Monday-Friday
- Attention to detail
- Physical ability to lift 25 pounds and navigate smaller spaces
- Self-starter who excels in self-directed environments
