Job Summary
Load and prep your vehicle daily to tackle scheduled jobs across Invercargill, Southland, and surrounding areas. Inspect customer sites to identify pest issues and recommend solutions, then deliver hands-on pest control services using industry-best methods. Educate clients on prevention and hygiene best practices while completing clear service reports after each job. Maintain strong relationships and look for ways to add value, working independently with flexibility to travel and stay overnight as required. Full training provided including safety, products, and processes to support registration and qualification.
Required Qualifications
- Legal right to work full-time in NZ
- Clean, full NZ driver's licence
- Previous Pest control experience, residential or commercial
- Strong people skills with a customer-first attitude
- Physically fit, safety-focused, and comfortable working at heights and confined spaces
- Organised, detail-driven, and able to work independently
- Confident with mobile tech and reporting apps
- Flexible to travel and stay overnight when required around lower south island
Desired Qualifications
- New Zealand Certificate in Urban Pest Control Level 3
- NZ Firearm License
- Knowledge of pest control regulations and practices
- Working at Heights and EWP licences
- Experience driving manual vehicles
