Job Summary
As a Pest Control Technician, you will protect homes and businesses by traveling to scheduled appointments, assessing pest concerns, and applying professional treatment plans. You will educate customers and recommend preventive solutions, delivering service with honesty, empathy, and consistency. The role requires dependable, detail-oriented individuals who can safely operate in customer locations, handle equipment up to 50 pounds, work outdoors in varying weather, and communicate effectively in English. Training is provided, and a take-home company vehicle is available for field positions. A flexible schedule including some weekends and an emphasis on long-term stability are offered, with opportunities for advancement and a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver''s license for at least 3 years with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to move about customer locations, ascend/descend stairs and ladders
- Ability to work outdoors in all regular seasonal weather conditions
- Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
