Job Summary
As a Pest Control Technician, you’ll play an important role in protecting homes and businesses while building long-term relationships with customers. Your workday will include traveling to scheduled appointments, assessing pest concerns, and applying professional treatment plans. You’ll also educate customers and recommend preventive solutions, delivering service with honesty, empathy, and consistency. You must be dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of climbing stairs or ladders, working outdoors in varying weather, and using computers and smartphones. A valid driver’s license held for at least 3 years with an acceptable driving record is required. The role offers paid training, growth opportunities, and a take-home company vehicle. Availability to work 7:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. and some weekends is expected.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to travel to customer locations
- Strong communication skills
- English literacy
