Job Summary
Perform pest management services for residential customers by conducting thorough inspections to identify signs of pest infestations, determining infestation type, applying approved pest control products (chemicals, baits, traps) with safety compliance, and providing preventative measures. Educate customers on pest prevention, schedule and confirm appointments, assist with selling products to current customers, and expand services to new customers. Maintain pest control equipment, adhere to regulations, and operate a company-provided service vehicle. Work requires navigating confined spaces and outdoor environments, wearing PPE, and meeting physical demands. Must have a high school diploma or GED (or equivalent), and may require licenses/certificates as per local regulations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and/or local regulations (covered by us)
- Open to working Monday-Friday and weekends as needed
- Ability to operate a company-provided service vehicle and follow safety protocols
- Ability to perform inspections, apply treatments, and educate customers on pest prevention
