Job Summary
Pest Control Technician and Holiday Lighting Installer roles based in Georgetown, TX. Responsibilities include inspecting residential and light commercial properties for pest activity, applying pest control treatments safely per regulations, providing education and prevention tips to customers, keeping detailed service records and maintaining equipment, and upselling additional services where appropriate. Ground marketing duties involve distributing door hangers on designated routes, tracking daily distribution, and representing the company in the field. Seasonal duties as Holiday Lighting Installer include installing and removing holiday lights on rooftops, trees, and gutters, working on ladders and rooftops with safety harnesses, and assisting in warehouse prep and post-season takedown. Ideal candidates are outdoor-oriented, comfortable with heights, and capable of working independently with a strong work ethic; experience in sales or related fields is preferred but not required. Compensation starts at $18/hour plus performance bonuses, commissions, and additional bonuses; paid training and licensing assistance, company vehicle, PPE, and opportunities for career growth are offered.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Able to lift 40 lbs and work outdoors in various conditions
- Comfortable with heights, ladders, and roof work
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Friendly attitude and excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willing to work occasional Saturdays (weather make-up days)
