Job Summary
Pest Control Consultant responsible for selling Rentokil Western Exterminator pest management services to residential customers. Role involves assessing customer needs through on-site inspections, presenting pest control solutions and maintenance plans, and coordinating with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians to maximize revenue. Requires performing home inspections for pests, using CRM to develop proposals, following up on past proposals, and providing expert knowledge to new service installations. Must be comfortable with physical activities, frequent movement, climbing stairs, operating company vehicles, and traveling up to 100% within the assigned territory. Strong focus on sales, customer service, and clear communication; prior pest control or sales experience is preferred. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong social, customer service, and communication skills
- Prefer at least 1-2 years of pest technician or sales experience
