Job Summary
Sell pest control services and products to residential customers, using expert knowledge of offerings to assess client needs, develop proposals, and close sales. Inspect homes for pests, harborage, entries, and recommend preventative maintenance. Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians; partner with Branch Manager to identify revenue streams; complete Home diagrams using CRM; follow up on proposals to close opportunities; provide expert knowledge for service installations; perform daily sales activities in CRM. Must have strong communication and customer-service skills, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license; travel up to 100% of territory is often required.
Required Qualifications

- Strong social, customer service, and communication skills
- Experience in sales or pest technician role preferred (1-2 years)
- Willingness to travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory
