Job Summary
Sell Rentokil pest control services to residential customers by assessing needs, inspecting homes for pests and entry points, and delivering tailored proposals. Responsibilities include conducting visual home inspections, collaborating with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians, developing revenue opportunities with branch managers, completing home diagrams and sales CRM records, following up on proposals to close sales, and providing expert knowledge to new service installations to ensure quality results. Strong emphasis on customer service, persuasive communication, and field-based sales with the ability to travel within the assigned territory.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A valid driver’s license
- Strong social, customer service, and communication skills
- Sales experience or training preferred
- Willingness to travel up to 100% within assigned territory
