Job Summary
Pest Control Consultant responsibilities include selling the company’s pest management services to residential customers, assessing customer needs through on-site inspections, and developing proposals to address pest issues and upsell services. You will act as the face of the Rentokil/Terminix brand in the local community, collaborate with internal teams (Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, Technicians, Branch Manager), maintain sales records in the CRM, and follow up on proposals to close opportunities. The role requires facilitating sales for residential customers, requiring a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, strong communication and customer-service skills, and willingness to travel within the assigned territory up to 100%. The position is full-time with benefits starting Day 1, and offers opportunities for growth within a global pest-control leader.
