Job Summary
Sell pest control solutions to residential customers by assessing customer needs through on-site inspections and proposing pest control products and maintenance plans. Build proposals, close sales, and maintain customer-focused service while collaborating with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians. Represent the Rentokil brand locally, utilize the Sales CRM to document home assessments, follow up on proposals, and expand service opportunities. Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks, operate a company vehicle safely, and travel up to 100% of the time within the assigned territory. High school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license required; strong sales-orientation and communication skills preferred.
