Job Summary
Pest Control Consultant responsibilities include selling Rentokil’s pest management services to residential customers, assessing client needs, and delivering solutions with a customer-focused approach. You will visually inspect homes for pests, propose pest-control and preventative maintenance, collaborate with Inside Sales and Technicians, develop proposals, complete home diagrams, follow up on proposals to close sales, and provide expert knowledge for service installations. Strong emphasis on customer service, communication, and sales skills, plus willingness to travel within assigned territory. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and be comfortable in a field-based role with physical activity and PPE usage.
