Job Summary
Sell pest control solutions and maintenance to residential customers, conduct home pest inspections, develop proposals, and coordinate with internal teams to close opportunities. Leverage CRM to document assessments, follow up on proposals, and provide expert knowledge for installations. Requires ability to move around homes, climb stairs, work with pests in confined spaces, and travel up to 100% of the time within assigned territory. Ideal candidates have strong communication, customer service, and sales experience; a valid driver’s license is required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong social, customer service, and communication skills
- Prefer at least 1-2 years of pest technician or sales experience
