Job Summary
Sell pest management services to residential customers, perform home pest inspections, and develop proposals to address customers' pest issues. Act as the face of the Rentokil brand in the local community, collaborating with Customer Service, Inside Sales, and Technicians to create revenue opportunities. Use the provided Sales CRM to document assessments, follow up on proposals, and ensure customer satisfaction while navigating safety protocols and PPE requirements. Travel within the assigned territory up to 100% is common; a valid driver's license is required. Prior experience in pest control or sales is preferred. The role emphasizes strong communication and customer-service skills to protect homes and families, with opportunities for advancement within the Rentokil family.
