Monitor monthly environmental, health, and safety indicators, generating reports on SharePoint and analyzing accident statistics to diagnose causes and prevent recurrence. Develop technical presentations, conduct new hire integration training, and evaluate third-party contractor documentation. Identify workplace hazards, inspect equipment and fire safety systems, and manage the fire brigade, including simulations and emergency response. Ensure compliance with labor laws and ALS rules while distributing and monitoring the use of PPE. Conduct daily safety dialogues and risk assessments to minimize incidents across units.
