Provide nursing care to postpartum women and newborns during inpatient stays, ensuring safe and humanized assistance while supporting the mother-infant bond. Assist with hygiene and comfort for the mother, including diaper changes, hygiene, and positioning for the newborn. Administer medications per medical prescription and observe clinical changes to communicate promptly with the charge nurse. Support breastfeeding guidance and help with necessary examinations and procedures. Maintain unit organization, cleanliness, and material replenishment while documenting all care in the patient record. Adhere to biosafety, infection control, and patient safety standards. Requires a professional nursing technician degree, COREN registration, and obstetric/maternal-infant experience. Shifts run 07:00/19:00 or 19:00/07:00 in a 12x36 rotation at Hospital Alemão Oswaldo Cruz in Mogi das Cruzes.
