Operate production machines and equipment while preparing materials, refueling the production line, and initiating production through setup. Identify defective materials, check work orders, and perform operational tests. Collect samples for laboratory analysis and register production data. Assist with basic machine maintenance, cleaning, and CIP routines, and request material replenishment. Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety and food handling standards.
