Job Summary
Lead contractual management for large-scale projects, overseeing service, supply, and construction contracts to ensure compliance with obligations, technical requirements, and financial targets. Conclude commercial negotiations, claims, and contract amendments while administering risks and opportunities. Develop contractual strategies aligned with business objectives and monitor performance through key indicators to drive continuous improvement. Represent the company to clients and collaborate across Engineering, Legal, Operations, and Finance teams to maintain governance standards. Prepare executive reports on contract performance and risks. This role supports the firm's 30-year legacy in engineering consultancy and its global expansion goals.
Required Qualifications
- Ensino superior completo
- Pós-graduação/MBA em Gestão de Projetos ou áreas correlatas
- Experiência consolidada em gestão de contratos de alta complexidade
- Vivência em projetos industriais, alimentício, infraestrutura, construção ou segmentos correlatos
- Conhecimento em administração contratual, gestão de riscos, negociação e governança corporativa
- Habilidades de liderança, comunicação, negociação e gestão de equipes
- Regime de contratação: Regular Office (presencial)
- Local de atuação: Vila Velha/ES
- Horário de trabalho: 7:00 as 17:00hrs
