Conduct daily Human Resources operations at the Mina Santa Rita mine, focusing on Data Processing (DP). Support admission and termination processes, manage attendance, vacation, and bank hours, and assist in payroll processing. Organize and maintain employee documents and records while entering and reconciling data in DP systems and spreadsheets. Generate headcount, turnover, and absenteeism reports and support eSocial obligations. Provide technical support to the HR team for problem resolution and new technology implementation. Requires a 30-hour weekly schedule; ideal for students in Accounting, Administration, or HR.
