Lead end-to-end software development from conception to deployment in staging and production with robust, secure, continuous delivery. Act as technical reference for the squad, guiding architecture choices for scalable, secure services around card processing and financial transactions. Promote engineering excellence with practices like TDD/BDD, code reviews, clean code, DDD, and high automated test coverage. Contribute to production support with observability, monitoring, and rapid incident response. Collaborate with business, product, and technology to evolve the user journey in banking. Requirements include Kotlin or Java with Spring Boot, microservices architecture, automated testing (unit/integration/contract), relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra), messaging with Kafka/SQS/SNS, observability patterns, AWS cloud with IaC (Terraform or CloudFormation) and CI/CD pipelines, security protocols (JWT, OAuth2, encryption), and agile/DevOps culture.
