Job Summary
Conduct urgent procurement needs with agility and precision using sourcing expertise to achieve ideal value and quality while maintaining compliance. Collaborate to improve Turnaround Time by analyzing requisitions, preparing RFQs, and reviewing proposals. Identify and develop savings opportunities by comparing obtained prices against predefined baselines. Co-develop and establish Spot Buy processes according to category guidelines and local manager strategies. Act as a partner in periodic alignment meetings with the Tactical Purchasing Director and Category Managers regarding Spot Buy reduction opportunities. Report achieved savings and Service Level Agreements to the Spot Buy & Requisitions Manager.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Business Administration and/or law, engineering or equivalent
- 1-3 years or more of Procurement and Supplier management experience
