Conduct laboratory analyses to ensure the quality of raw materials (milk), inputs, and products while adhering to hygiene, health, and safety standards. Collect samples of inputs and raw materials; prepare laboratory solutions; perform tests and analyses of raw materials and inputs as well as products throughout the industrial process according to procedures. Analyze and interpret obtained data and results; verify equipment measurements; control analysis and measurement results; register and archive relevant data, results, and reports. Request materials according to activity planning; request maintenance of machines and equipment; keep the environment clean and organized; perform equipment cleaning. Ensure activities are carried out in accordance with environmental procedures and company health and safety norms.
