Execute purchasing processes for high-value technical materials and services, manage contracts, amendments, and addendums, and issue purchase orders after administrative clearance. Validate supplier qualifications and technical scopes with requisitioners, monitor delivery compliance, and maintain supplier registries in the system with technical and compliance data. Support technical scope definition for service contracts and assist less senior staff in complex operations while mentoring junior professionals.
