FedEx Express Latin America and Caribbean Division is seeking a Pessoa Agente de Serviços. Under general guidance, the role tracks shipment monitoring, assists customers with shipping documentation (including international regulatory information), provides in-person customer service at the counter or by phone, updates FedEx systems, updates and analyzes operational reports, carries out delivery routing, monitors airlines and support areas, ensures proper labeling and regulatory compliance for shipments (including hazardous materials and customs documentation), and provides administrative and operational support to the Station Operations Manager. Key skills include written and verbal communication, Excel and Word proficiency, interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, flexibility with time, and the ability to lift 24 kg or more. The position is full-time and located at Av. Marechal Candido Mariano da Silva Rondon 870, Aracaju, SE, Brazil.
