Conduct full management of labor law cases under your responsibility, including drafting defenses, filings, appeals, and participating in hearings. Actively monitor case progress and contribute to defining legal strategies for each matter. Participate in legal audits and handle complex litigation, tax penalties, and collective bargaining negotiations. Requires a complete law degree with experience in advisory and contentious labor law; English proficiency and knowledge of process tracking systems are desirable.
