Job Summary
Coordinate daily care plans for residents with intellectual disabilities, autism, and average ability across day, evening, and sleep shifts at Van Gelrestraat in Huissen. Motivate residents to participate in activities and coach fellow support staff while collaborating with family and relatives to align support strategies. Work both individually and in groups to help residents discover and utilize their talents, maintaining calm and foresight in complex situations. Requires an MBO-4 diploma, relevant experience in supported living, and the ability to work with diverse care needs. Required Qualifications
