Job Summary
Guide residents with Korsakov syndrome and gerontopsychiatric conditions through daily living activities, medication management, and structured care using methods like errorless learning and empathetic directive approaches. Coordinate care plans based on living plans while acting as the central link between residents, families, and colleagues. Provide ADL support and facilitate family involvement in care, adapting to individual needs and preferences within a dynamic environment. Work flexible shifts between 24-32 hours per week in a specialized center focused on memory disorders and behavioral health.
Required Qualifications
- Al enige jaren werkzaam binnen de (ouderen)zorg als verpleegkundige
- Diploma MBO Verpleegkundige niveau 4
- Geldige BIG-registratie als Verpleegkundige
- Zelfstandigheid
- Verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
- Proactieve houding
- Geduld
- Ervaring met of interesse in het werken met bewoners met het syndroom van Korsakov
- In staat om vanuit rationeel perspectief om te gaan met onbegrepen gedrag, agressie en agitatie
- In staat om middels methodisch werken een coördinerende functie in te nemen in de gehele zorgcyclus
- Beschikbaarheid van 24-32 uur per week in flexibele diensten (dag, avond, weekend)
- Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag (VOG)
